DOMESTIC
• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous USA merchandise orders for active FentyBeauty.com account holders (please allow 4-8 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order). This benefit does not apply to past orders that were placed prior to having an account.
• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous USA on merchandise orders $35+ for customers without a FentyBeauty.com account.
INTERNATIONAL: FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders $75 USD and over.
Please note if your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., Fenty Eau de Parfum, Liquid Killawatt, etc.), US orders must ship via ground Standard Shipping. International orders must ship DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Costs + Delivery Times
Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Hawaii and Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to these states.
P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
Hazmat Product Shipping
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., Fenty Eau de Parfum, Liquid Killawatt, etc.), it must ship ground Standard Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time including processing time) for domestic and ship DHL Express for international orders. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. All Fenty Eau de Parfum and Liquid Killawatt products can only ship via ground Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military address locations at this time.
International Shipping
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.
For International orders less than $75 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
- A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

- Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
- International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses
- All Fenty Eau de Parfum full-size 75ml products and Liquid Killawatt are considered hazmat and must be shipped internationally via DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

Duties + Taxes Refund
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses within the United States, please call Fenty Beauty + Fenty Skin Customer Service for assistance at 1.855.440.7474. For international orders, please visit our international help center here.
Business Days + Holidays
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on FentyBeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Fenty Beauty Customer Service to track your order.
